Job Opportunity at Tenaya Lodge At YosemiteFood Preparation and Cooking PositionThe Tenaya Lodge At Yosemite, a 4-diamond resort located near the entrance to Yosemite National Park, is seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment.Prominent Responsibilities

• Measure, portion, and cook all food items according to established guidelines
• Maintain correct food temperatures and store food safely
• Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as required
• Keep the workstation and equipment clean, organized, and sufficiently stockedRequired Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience as a prep cook or line cook
  • Ability to move rapidly and coordinate multiple orders
  • Basic math skills to understand, calculate, and follow recipe measurements and proportionsPhysical Requirements
    • Manual dexterity sufficient to chop, mix, and blend a variety of foods and liquids
